Shipping policy
All sales are considered final. Shipping charges will never be reimbursed. If a customer is not pleased with their items, please reach out to me, so that I can offer an alternative to ensure you are pleased. I always want my clients to feel as though they can reach out whenever an issue or even a compliment arises. I am available by the messenger during normal business hours.
One woman show, one day to ship, and that is on Thursdays. Sometimes, Ashley will be able to ship on Mondays. :)
Please be CAUTIOUS when entering your address for shipping and billing. Any correction in an address that a carrier has to make once the package has left the den, results in a charge of around $15 with the option of updating your address and reshipping at your own expense. If the mistake was ours, of course there is no additional charge to you.
Damaged items will be replaced upon receipt of proof of damage. Please email wrecklesskreationsLLC@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item as proof. We will replace the item if still in stock. If the item is no longer available, then we will issue you a refund for the cost of the damaged item.
Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers fully to the customer. Wreckless Kreations LLC is not responsible for stolen packages, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or delivery issues confirmed by the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information is entered before completing a purchase. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled.
Product Use & Legal Disclaimer
All products sold by Wreckless Kreations LLC are intended for decorative purposes only. Wreaths and home décor items may include small parts, wire, floral pins, or embellishments and should be handled with care. Our products are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
Outdoor exposure may affect the longevity of décor items due to weather, humidity, sunlight, or temperature changes. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, hanging methods, environmental conditions, or failure to follow basic care guidelines. By purchasing from our store, you assume all responsibility for proper use and placement of our products.
Agreement to Policies
By placing an order with Wreckless Kreations LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies, including our no refunds, no returns, shipping, chargeback, and product use disclaimer policies. These policies apply to all purchases without exception. Failure to review policies prior to purchase does not exempt customers from compliance. Acceptance of these terms is required to complete checkout.
