Refund policy

 All sales are FINAL, and there are No Refunds or Cancellations, Only If an item is no longer in stock, you may be able to exchange it for an item that is of equal value, receive a store credit, and lastly a refund may possibly be issued for that valued item price. 

Once your invoice is received and opened, Payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not received at the 48th hour, it will be VOIDED. If you do not pay your invoice from the Live sales, you will be Banned from any future Wreckless Live Sales. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me!

Digital products are not refundable. Please refer to descriptions of each individual product for a brief overview of each item.

All sales are considered final. Shipping charges will never be reimbursed. If a customer is not pleased with their items, please reach out to me, so that I can offer an alternative to ensure you are pleased. I always want my clients to feel as though they can reach out whenever an issue or even a compliment arises. I am available by the messenger during normal business hours. 

Chargeback & Payment Disputes Policy

Wreckless Kreations LLC takes payment disputes seriously. By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback in violation of our stated policies, including our no-refund policy, may be considered fraudulent activity.

We maintain detailed records, including order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, product descriptions, and this Terms of Service agreement, which may be submitted as evidence in response to chargebacks. Customers acknowledge that all sales are final and that dissatisfaction with product appearance, variations, or buyer’s remorse does not constitute grounds for a chargeback. Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
