Wreckless Shipping Details

Mail Carriers

The main mail carrier we use is UPS. Only if a package is small/thin we may* use USPS. 

Tracking

Tracking is provided via email notification after every transaction where items are marked SOLD out of inventory.*

Timely Shipping

Most orders are shipped out on our normal shipping days; Mondays & Thursdays. 

Live Sale & Extra Details:

Please ensure to review all items invoiced once a Live Sale Occurs and invoice is received. All sales are FINAL, and there are No Refunds, Only If an item is no longer in stock, you may be able to exchange it for an item that is of equal value, receive a store credit, and lastly a refund may possibly be issued for that valued item price. Please understand there is a lot of behind the scenes details including but not limited to; invoicing, shipping, packaging and HOLDING of items the buyer agreed to pay for during the live. Once your invoice is received and opened, Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment is not received at the 24th hour, it will be VOIDED. If you do not pay your invoice from a total of 3 Live sales, you will be Banned from any future Wreckless Live Sales. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me!

 

All sales are considered final. Shipping charges will never be reimbursed. If a customer is not pleased with their items, please reach out to me, so that I can offer an alternative to ensure you are pleased. I always want my clients to feel as though they can reach out whenever an issue or even a compliment arises. I am available by the messenger during normal business hours.
